Hutker Architects, in partnership with Realm Interiors, is responsible for the ground-up construction of this home, situated near the coast in Massachusetts, that embraces a beach house vibe. The designer infused the house with warmth, interest, and comfort. With a modified open floor plan and a flood of natural light in the many windows and doors, the finishes and decor selected are neutral and layered.
With natural textures and native materials, lines are blurred between indoors and outdoors; punches of florals and botanicals keep it earthy and sweet. Durable materials and performance fabrics were selected to absorb the many friends and extended family who come to visit, while custom-designed cabinetry maximizes storage for beach towels, linens, and all things entertainment.
