As part of our sustainable practice, we only make the items once we get the order from you, plus on top of that we can customise and personalise your items accordingly. This applies to both our Custom Decor Store, Home & Living, and our Custom Furniture Design units.
Custom Decor and Eco-fashion Store
We proudly manufacture our home & living, accessories, baby, kids, men’s and women’s collections in the USA, and Europe, and most distribution networks are from these locations, reducing carbon emissions for shipping and delivery, with additional offices and distribution networks in Hong Kong and Singapore.
This means we take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (e.g. t-shirts, leggings, jackets etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (e.g. backpacks, posters etc.)
Most of the orders are shipped within 1-5 business days.
Custom Furniture Design store
Recycled and sustainable furniture designs are made in India, Vietnam, Indonesia, China and Hong Kong. Some artisan decor accessories and handmade jewellery are made in Asia and shipped from Hong Kong.
HOW TO PURCHASE + TRACK YOUR ORDER ONLINE
Purchasing online is simple. Select the design(s) to your Wishlist or Shopping Cart and check out by paying with your preferred credit card(s). Once you’ve set up an Account with us, you’ll be able to log a shipping and/or billing address. The shipping address is used to calculate the final costs of your order.
Once all the information is correct and checked, and your items are ready for shipping, we’ll send you a notification email and you’ll be able to track your order online by logging into your account.
WHAT ARE OUR PAYMENT METHODS?
Select the items you wish to buy, check the measurements (if necessary) and then go through the shopping cart to confirm your order.
Payment can be made via PayPal, so if this payment is selected, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to process payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card to complete the purchase without setting up a PayPal account. Please note additional payment may be requested later via PayPal or bank transfers for shipping and delivery charges on any special requests.
There are other payment methods you can choose from such as Google Pay.

Shipping for returns
To return your product, you should e-mail us your request to return the product. Once your request is approved from our customer service department we’ll send you the shipping instructions. For more details on refunds and returns, please click here
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DELIVERY FOR FURNITURE, SMALL HOME ACCESSORIES
After an order is made, you will be notified of the estimated delivery. Our ‘ready-made collection’ and custom designed furniture generally takes between 10-20 working days to complete, during which we will keep you updated of the estimated delivery date via confirmation emails or please email us. We are available 24/7/365.
All ready-made designs from our website or customised items are made once an order is placed, to conserve resources and our stance on being an eco-brand, because we believe in sustainable management.
Please know that we are not part of an elaborate industrial factory process. Our furniture is made with precision and care by local artisans and small businesses and this process takes time for both the ready-made designs and custom furniture. Delivery charges are according to the size, number of items you’ve ordered and your location. Do drop us a line about any special arrangements. Extra charges apply for delivery to homes with no lift and only stair access. Additional assembly service charge (if applicable) is 10% of the order amount or item(s). Discounts are given to container orders so please ask for special discount rates.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES MAY CHANGE WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AT OUR DISCRETION.
It takes at least 10-60 days to design and build your order. When your item(s) are ready, we will send you photos of the final items for final confirmation. Once you confirm the photos, you will receive a shipping notification email within one week to schedule a delivery time. Shipping varies accordingly based on location(s).
Your actual delivery date should fall within the estimated arrival date range for your item(s). Check your estimated arrival date by visiting the Orders section in My Account
Once delivery is scheduled, if you miss your delivery date with no prior notice, extra delivery fees will apply. Any changes to your delivery date will require at least 48 hours prior in written/email notice.
