The Independent Hotel Show, in partnership with James Hallam, returns to Olympia London on 15-16 October to bring the boutique, independent and luxury hotel community together for two busy days of networking, learning and discovering quality products and services.
A firm fixture in the calendar of independent hoteliers and industry professionals alike, the show presents a curated collection of over 200 innovative suppliers catering directly to the boutique and independent hotel sector.
Suppliers taking part in this year’s event include fitness equipment leader Technogym, historic linen supplier Richard Haworth, sustainable mattress brand Naturalmat, bespoke men’s tailor Gresham Blake, and housekeeping and task management software provider Sweeply.

The packed seminar programme will this year take place across two stages. The Hotel Business Stage, in partnership with eviivo, will take a close look at the all the most important trends and topics impacting on day-to-day operations for independent hoteliers in 2024. The Innovation Stage, in partnership with Guestline, will take a look at some of the themes, initiatives, technologies and trailblazers that will define the independent hotel sector in the years to come.
Visitors to the show will have the opportunity to meet industry peers in the Social Business Space, in partnership with HotelPartner, explore the future of hotel design in Room X, and to uncover the latest innovations in sustainability at the ESG Hub.
This year’s event will also see the return of the Independent Hotel Show Awards, in partnership with Preferred Hotels & Resorts, bigger and better than ever, with two new categories celebrating industry rising stars and innovative hotel design.
