New for 2025, leading door hardware manufacturer Zoo Hardware has announced the addition of eight new designs to its Rosso Maniglie range, an exclusive collection of high-end Italian-inspired door handles.
Members of the British Institute of Interior Design, Zoo Hardware has crafted the sophisticated range to meet the tastes of interior designers developing upscale environments, including luxury residential properties and hotels. The collection features a series of eight elegant new handles, which each draw inspiration from various facets of Italian culture and design.
Lever designs include the Aldo and Vasco Levers, inspired by luxury Italian fashion products, and the Veloce Lever, which echoes the sweeping lines of Italian high performance cars. The collection also features the Favo Lever with its timeless honeycomb pattern; the Frigo Lever, inspired by visionary Italian household appliance design; and the Apennine Lever, reflecting the Apennine Mountains running throughout the country. Completing the new collection are the minimalist Gio Lever and curvaceous Venetian inspired Rococo Lever.
The Rosso Maniglie range comes complete with Turn & Release Locks and Escutcheons, with three new roses available to complement the new lever designs, inspired by Italian timepieces (Tempo Rose), pottery (Picco Rose) and abstract art (Frattura Rose).
The collection offers a wide range of finishes, including Satin Chrome, Oscuro Matt Black, Satin Brass, Polished Chrome, Powder Coated Matt White, and Antique Brass, allowing the lever handles to elevate and blend seamlessly within all interior design styles. Importantly, the designs are registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office, guaranteeing their uniqueness and enhancing the exclusivity of design schemes.

Suitable for doors with thicknesses ranging between 35mm to 54mm, the handles offer durability and longevity, thanks to their fully zinc construction. Fire tested in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 1634-1, the handles are suitable for use on 30 and 60 minute timber fire doors.
